These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between olx98 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at https://olx98.bet (the "Site"). The Platform is operated by olx98 and is made available exclusively to eligible users as defined in Section 3 of these Terms.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the olx98 platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the olx98 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and olx98. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the olx98 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while holding an Account. olx98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage and to suspend any Account where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. olx98 is designed and marketed for the Indonesian market. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law is not permitted, and the Platform accepts no liability for Users who access the Site in violation of applicable local laws in their jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapable by any court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register or maintain an Account.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by olx98 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme, at the time of registration or at any subsequent point. Registering a new account while under an active self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the olx98 Platform. Each individual is entitled to hold only one Account at any given time.

olx98 reserves the right to carry out eligibility checks at any point during the lifetime of an Account. Where an Account is found to be held by a User who does not meet the above eligibility criteria, the Account will be suspended immediately and any outstanding balance may be subject to review and partial or full forfeiture depending on the circumstances.

To access the full range of Services offered by olx98, you must create a registered Account by completing the registration process available at the olx98 Login page. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details.
• You will maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• You will create a strong, unique password for your Account and will not share your login credentials with any other person. olx98 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You will not register using a false identity, a pseudonym, or the identity of another person, whether real or fictional.
• You acknowledge that olx98 may, at its absolute discretion, decline to open or continue to maintain an Account for any applicant without being required to provide a reason.

olx98 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification may be required at any of the following points:

• Prior to processing your first withdrawal request.
• When cumulative withdrawals from your Account exceed certain thresholds as determined internally by olx98.
• When olx98's fraud detection or compliance systems flag an Account for review.
• At any other time that olx98 deems necessary to confirm the identity of an Account holder.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or SIM); proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within the last three months (such as a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or a utility bill); and where required, documentation establishing the source of funds used for deposits.

Withdrawals will be placed on hold until KYC is completed to olx98's satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension. olx98 will handle all submitted documentation in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All deposits to your olx98 Account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). olx98 supports the following deposit methods:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of deposit. olx98 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within five minutes of confirmed receipt. Delays may occasionally occur due to banking system maintenance windows or network congestion outside of olx98's control. In the event of a delayed deposit, you should contact support with the transaction reference number so that the credit can be investigated and applied manually if necessary.

olx98 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond olx98's control and responsibility.

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time via the cashier section of the Platform. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. olx98 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active Bonus balance or funds subject to an outstanding wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the relevant conditions have been fully met.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved. See Section 5 for details.
• Withdrawals are processed within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times during peak periods or following a compliance review may be longer. olx98 will communicate expected timelines to affected Users via the support channel.

olx98 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published at the time of each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonuses that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your Account without notice.
• olx98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where it determines that the offer is being abused, exploited systematically, or accessed by ineligible Users.
• Each promotion is available once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be used to place wagers on eligible products as specified in the relevant offer. Wagers placed on certain game types (including some live casino games and jackpot slots) may not count toward wagering requirements — see individual offer terms for eligible games.
• olx98 may run seasonal promotional campaigns tied to the Indonesian calendar, including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri (Lebaran), Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other national events. These campaigns are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of launch.

Any attempt to exploit a bonus through systematic low-risk wagering patterns, arbitrage strategies, or collusion with other Users constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the olx98 Platform. Product-specific rules (for the sportsbook, live casino, slots, Domino QQ, and Video Poker) are available within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. olx98 will not cancel or amend a bet once it has been accepted, except in the circumstances described below.
• olx98 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or corrupted data feed. Users will be notified of any voided bet and the stake will be returned to the Account balance.
• In the event of a disputed outcome (for example, a contested sporting result or a demonstrated technical fault in a casino game), olx98's decision, made in consultation with the relevant game provider or data feed supplier, shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed at the point of bet placement. olx98 may adjust these limits for individual Accounts without notice where the Platform's risk management requirements necessitate it.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets on the sportsbook are subject to the specific accumulator rules published in the sportsbook section, including rules governing how voided legs are treated within a multi-selection wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the olx98 Platform. Breach of any of the items listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances subject to investigation, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting outcomes or casino game results.
• Coordinating bets with other Users to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage, also known as "arbing"), or exploiting material differences between olx98 odds and those of other platforms in a systematic manner.
• Opening more than one Account, whether in your own name or in any other name, for the purpose of circumventing Account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason.
• Using funds of criminal origin or proceeds of any unlawful activity to fund your Account (money laundering). olx98 will report any suspected money laundering activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Attempting to access another User's Account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or Account management process.
• Engaging in any conduct that olx98, acting reasonably, determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward olx98 staff, other Users, or the Platform's technical infrastructure.

olx98 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between you and the Platform. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: registration information (name, date of birth, address, contact details); financial data (bank account details, transaction history); device and browsing data (IP address, device type, session logs); and identity verification documents submitted during KYC. This data is used for the purposes of Account management, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and improvement of the Platform's services.

olx98 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including game studios, payment processors, and identity verification services) strictly as required to deliver the Services, and only under contractual data protection obligations consistent with applicable standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, olx98's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User into their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

olx98 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings (whether direct or indirect).
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if olx98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss or corruption of data, or failure to store or transmit data accurately, where such loss arises from circumstances beyond olx98's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet service provider failures, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or other causes beyond olx98's reasonable control.
• Any decision by a User to place a wager based on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match data, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit olx98's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

olx98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a responsible gaming body.
• Identification of an Account as a duplicate of an existing or previously closed Account.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the closure of the Account.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting olx98 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method following completion of any applicable KYC checks.

Where an Account is closed by olx98 due to a breach of these Terms, olx98 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending the outcome of any internal or external investigation. olx98 will communicate the reasons for any balance hold to the Account holder in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which olx98 is registered and licensed to operate.

olx98 is an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. While the Platform is marketed to and serves users located in Indonesia, it does not represent that its Services are available, legal, or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through olx98's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

olx98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, olx98 will provide notice to registered Account holders via email, in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the Site no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the process described in Section 13.

olx98 also reserves the right to make minor clarifications or corrections to these Terms (for example, typographical corrections or clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substance) without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published.
